New Stearman Display For NAS Ottumwa

Father and Son team Ray and Steve Wilkes teamed up to acquire and build a replica of one of the aircraft that was stationed at NAS Ottumwa.  Until the Administration Building is ready for visitors this now finished display will be located in the airport terminal building.
